Rickey has this place running like a well oiled machine and I love it! I got there on a Saturday right when they were opening up at 4. Line was already getting long but they were taking orders and getting out quickly and efficiently. I didn’t even wait 5 mins for my order after placing it. And everything was hot and freshly made and my order was correct. Food was delicious! I had a Sando, fries and nuggets. I will definitely be back for more.

The chicken is delicious. You can go wrong with anything. As far as heat flavor in my own opinion. I think it's best if you go mild the very first time That way, you can truly enjoy the all flavor. And then after that, I would give medium a shot, but to be honest anything above medium is going to be unenjoyable your mouth is going to be on fire. I don't believe in tipping, so every business that flips its screen with a huge tipping screen on my face will automatically lose a star.

I ordered the bird's nest with hot tenders and my wife ordered the tenders with mild heat. As you can see, I wasted no time eating before snapping a photo. The bird's nest is amazing, the hot tenders are perfectly seasoned and juicy, as are the mild tenders. The shake fries are amazing as well, I believe they come seasoned with their medium blend of spice, but man it's good. Nice and crispy on the outside but soft in the middle. Their comeback sauce is a new favorite of mine. Just go here already, the best tenders I've had in my life. Period.

Loved this place ! Almost the same taste but much better than Dave’s Hot Chicken , had a few friends that took me here and I totally recommend others to try , food is 10/10 also have their own signature sauce such as “Raising canes sauce” I ordered a Very Hot Chicken sandwich with side of fries and it was so spicy and delicious I wanted to buy another one.

Service was impeccable. I attempted to place an order online which requires a minimum of $55 to do so but I was fine with that because our order did exceed that amount a little. However the location for online order was defaulted to the Richardson location and I needed the Arlington location. I called in and told them this and they made an acceptance and took my order over the phone however I was uncomfortable giving my payment information over the phone but had to given the size of my order $60 worth. The whole wings were HUGE. I hate big chicken especially wings. The chicken had yellow film on it once you pull off the crispy part which I hateeeeee. I think these wings are Tyson wings and they're known for antibiotic pumped chicken with SOOOO many recalls a year. The fries with slaw and chicken tenders were the only decent thing although the fries were cold. Our pickup was scheduled 45 minutes out we arrived 55 minutes out and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes until our food was ready. I truly loved the customer service the food just wasn't for us. I loved the diversity with the staff, there were Blacks, White's, & Hispanics all working there and eating there. I will say I saw mostly white and Hispanic customers inside. Black people like their chicken cooked a certain way and we hate big chicken do not sure if this is a place for us.

Absolutely amazing chicken. I got The Sando with medium heat and it was perfect. The right amount of heat to where you can enjoy it without suffering. The fries are really good too with a nice crisp. The comeback sauce reminds me a little of Chick-fil-A sauce but with their own twist on it. Their strawberry lemonade is great and taste fresh. Will 100% come here again. Recently tried the dish called the Bird's Nest...my new favorite meal. Everything comes together so well! They definitely make it worth your money seeing as I'm always full after it! They put a lot of their sauce on it and it only amplifies the flavor. Can't recommend this dish and place enough
